Implementing Reach standards

In the same spirit as labelling green, and with a view to offering you increasingly high-quality clothing with a low ecological impact, we are implementing the Reach standards. These make it possible to control product quality and limit the use of chemicals in textile manufacturing.

Replace non-recyclable items with recyclable materials

Because saving the planet starts with small actions, we're gradually replacing plastic bags with recycled paper bags. But that's not all: the labels in the Elora Green collection will now be recyclable. By 2022, 100% of our customer bags will be made from paper sourced from eco-managed forests.

Reducing the carbon footprint of our shipments

Finally, our aim is to reduce the pollution caused by the transport of goods as much as possible. To further limit travel and greenhouse gas emissions, we are working on new methods for grouped shipments:

• Purchases from the same private sale are grouped together for shipping
• Shipments to consultants are grouped together over one or two days. Our sales assistants place a large number of orders every day. Instead of dispatching individual orders each day, we concentrate all the week's orders and dispatch them to the sales assistant in one go. This optimises the number of items per parcel and the number of deliveries. In turn, the sales assistant will deliver all the customer orders to the hostess at once.
