General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Purpose

These conditions set out the terms of online sale for Elora products: ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and guarantees.

2. Scope of application

These conditions apply to any order placed on www.elora.com by a consumer. They exclude any professional resale.

3. Products and availability

The products offered are described as accurately as possible. Offers are valid as long as they are visible online and while stocks last.

4. Order

Any order confirmed on the site implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Access to your customer account is via a login code sent by email (no password to remember).

5. Prices

Prices are shown in euros including VAT (or in the local currency depending on the delivery country) and include the applicable VAT.
Delivery fees are calculated additionally, according to the conditions indicated on the Delivery page.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • PayPal (installment payment available according to PayPal conditions)
  • Elora Gift Cards

Payment is secured via Shopify Payments, PCI DSS and 3D Secure certified.

7. Delivery

Detailed conditions are available on the Delivery page.

  • Serviced areas: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, United Kingdom, and Ireland.
  • Delivery times: 2 to 5 business days depending on the country after shipment.
  • Customs fees and any applicable taxes for countries outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom) remain the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: 21 days after receiving your order.
  • Free returns in all delivery zones.
  • Exchanges (size) possible subject to stock availability.
  • Refund within 5 to 10 business days after return validation.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, buyers have a legal right of withdrawal for 14 days.
Elora offers an extended 21-day return period to make returns easier.

10. Legal warranties

All Elora products come with the following legal warranties:

  • Conformity warranty (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code)
  • Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code)

11. Liability

Elora cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfill the contract in cases of force majeure, customer error when entering an order, or any incident related to the Internet network.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the customer’s place of residence or, if preferred, the place of product delivery.

13. Personal data

As data controller, Elora collects and processes its customers’ personal data as part of order management and customer relations.

Data is processed on the legal basis of contract performance (order, delivery, after-sales service) and, where applicable, with your consent (commercial offers).
This data is intended solely for Elora’s internal teams and its service providers involved in fulfilling the contract (including payment and delivery providers).

Data is kept for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship and, at most, for 3 years after the end of the business relationship, unless otherwise required by law.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, everyone has the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict processing, and transfer their data.
