The direct sales consultant represents the brand. So, you need to know the products and how to present them in line with the company’s values. You’ll benefit from a detailed presentation of the products as well as a refresher on sales techniques. Group sales principles, prospecting, work organization… everything is covered to give you the right foundation and help you start your business with confidence.

AN 8-STEP TRAINING PROGRAM FOR DIRECT SALES
Step by step, we support you from your first meeting with Elora to earning a diploma in direct sales.

Step 1 - Start
Your mentor supports you at the beginning of your journey and helps you get started with your extranet to place orders and communicate with the Elora team. She also explains the VDI training sheets, introduces you to the ready-to-wear collection, and helps you organize your clothing rack.

Step 2 - Launch Presentation
Your mentor is present at your first Elora ready-to-wear collection presentation to offer guidance. -
Step 3 - Observing is also learning
You accompany your mentor to her presentations to observe and be inspired by her expertise.

Step 4 - Remote Skype Training
You can sign up for training sessions via Skype and access the Elora hotline. There are many topics to choose from: Elora presentations, building your network, and more. -
Step 5 - Leader Meeting
You take part in a monthly meeting organized by your leader consultant, in addition to her weekly calls. These meetings are a chance to brainstorm as a group on various topics. -
Step 6 - Management Meeting
You meet the Regional Director twice per semester. It’s an opportunity to benefit from training, share information, and connect with the Elora team. You’ll also meet the General Management once a year. -
Step 7 - E-learning, Direct Sales Academy
You have access to Elora’s online direct sales training tool. It offers 4 levels of training and awards you a diploma. -
Step 8 - Training in Management and Communication
You now want to recruit your own consultants to build your team. You can sign up for training in management, psychology, and communication.
