All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse on the next business day after your order is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery methods

We deliver to 9 countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, United Kingdom, and Ireland.

  • Colissimo home delivery (France, Belgium, Luxembourg)
  • Colissimo pick-up point (France, Belgium, Luxembourg)
  • DHL home delivery (Switzerland, Germany, Austria, United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands)

Delivery times

  • France, Belgium, Luxembourg: 2 to 3 business days after shipping
  • Other serviced countries: 3 to 5 business days after shipping

⚡ During busy periods (sales, holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer.

Delivery days

  • Colissimo: home delivery and pick-up point from Monday to Saturday morning (excluding public holidays).
  • DHL: home delivery from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery fees

  • France, Belgium, Luxembourg: €8, free from €150 purchase
  • Switzerland: 15 CHF, free from 200 CHF
  • Germany, Austria, Netherlands: €12, free from €150
  • United Kingdom, Ireland: £15, free from £150

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a Colissimo or DHL tracking number to follow your order in real time.

  • Any customs duties and import fees for countries outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom) remain the responsibility of the client.
