Return conditions

You have 21 days from the date you receive your order to return your items.
Returns are free and available in all covered delivery areas.

Items must be returned:

  • New, unworn, unwashed
  • With their original tags
  • In their original packaging

How do I make a return?

  1. Click on the “My account” link at the top right of the website.
  2. Enter your email address → you will receive a unique login code.
  3. Log in to your customer area and select the relevant order.
  4. Click on “Request a return” and select the items to send back, specifying whether you want a refund or a size/color exchange.
  5. You will receive a prepaid Colissimo or DHL return label by email.
  6. Slip the invoice (or a copy) into the package, stick the label on, and drop your parcel at a post office, a pick-up point, or with DHL (depending on your delivery method).

Exchanges

A size or color exchange is possible free of charge, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

  • Your return is processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and validation by our warehouse.
  • The refund is made to the same payment method used for your order.
  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed.

Return tracking

You can track your return using the tracking number on your prepaid label.
