1/ THE WILL
Taking risks is the first step in becoming a VDI. Take the plunge and embark on an adventure within your reach! You won't be able to innovate, in your life or in your business, if you don't take "risks". However, at Elora, we advise you to change the word "risk" to "chance" or "opportunity". With the support of our coaches and Elora's network of fashion consultants, you won't be the only one who wants to transform your life!
2/ PASSION AND A TASTE FOR FREEDOM
Becoming your own boss also means taking full responsibility for your business, your finances and your ambitions! When you embark on the VDI adventure with Elora, we advise you above all to be curious: both about the products themselves (knowledge will be your superpower!) and about tasks with which you might feel less comfortable (this could be recruitment, operational management of home sales, financial management...). Trying your hand at these various exercises also means mastering your business from A to Z and being able to diversify.

3/ SELF-CONFIDENCE
Why do you think more men decide to start their own business? Simply because they believe in themselves more! Women's problem with entrepreneurship is not a lack of knowledge or resources, but a lack of confidence in themselves and their possibilities! If your dreams don't frighten you, it's because they're not big enough.

4/ IRON-CLAD COMMUNICATION
It's no secret that building your network and communicating with it regularly will be one of the keys to your success! To do this, keep in touch with your customers on a weekly basis (via a professional Facebook Page, for example, or by newsletter to keep them up to date with your news as an Independent Home Salesperson), then take part in sales meetings at home several times a week (where you can meet future hostesses, customers and partners)! Sometimes the art of conversation is enough to inspire future projects!
