What does a sales consultant do?

The role of the sales consultant or VDI, within the ELORA company, consists of organising fashion meetings, in her own home at the customer's home or, more frequently, at the home of a hostess who welcomes you into her home to organise a friendly meeting.

The meetings are an opportunity to present and sell ELORA brand products to private customers. This is not a salaried job, as the VDI works on a self-employed basis, with auto entrepreneur status. Also known as a micro enterprise, this perfectly secure auto entrepreneur status has existed in France since 2099.

Please note: at Elora, self-employed does not mean working alone! The VDI is supported by a team of dynamic women who are already in the business, each with their own sector (throughout France and even in Switzerland and the Benelux countries). Right from the start, they are coached by a "mentor" who gives them advice and shares her experience. She also receives free training on how to showcase her products and the key secrets to success.

As soon as you become a home sales consultant, you'll notice that the remuneration is highly motivating. It's based on an unlimited percentage of the sales of fashion products that you make yourself. The faster you build up a network of customers, and the more sales meetings you organise, the more money you earn, with no ceiling.

You can also consider the business as an adjunct to your life as a housewife or salaried employee, in short as a supplement to your salary or family income. in principle, 2 home sales a week are enough to earn you the equivalent of one minimum wage (depending, of course, on the number of customers you have and the products you sell!)

Your self-employed status gives you the freedom to work more to earn more, if you wish, or less to earn less, if you can't or don't want to extend your working hours. In short, you are solely responsible for your business, in line with your personal life and your sales targets.
