Spring fashion basics

1. Light jeans

If there's one item of clothing that's often worn in spring, it's the timeless pair of light jeans! Whether they're faded blue, beige or white, they're perfect for the return of fine weather, when it's not yet warm enough all day to get your legs out.

They go with everything: white trainers, heels, ankle boots, t-shirts, shirts... The advantage of jeans is that they can be worn by everyone, thanks to the many different cuts available (slim, flare, skinny...) and that they can be easily combined to create some very trendy looks!

For example, choose a classic style to wear to work with a pair of heeled sandals and a blouse. You can also choose a slightly destroyed, mum or boyfriend cut for a more streetwear look.

2. T-shirts in linen or organic cotton

When the sun comes out again, we want to enjoy its rays and wear finer fabrics.

Linen or cotton T-shirts are your allies for spring and summer. They go with everything, and look particularly good with skirts and trousers. There are lots of styles to choose from, so pick the one that best suits your personality: logo tee-shirt, classic white, floral, rhinestone... there's something for everyone.

The most important thing is to choose something you feel comfortable in, but T-shirts are generally very comfortable. As well as being very pleasant to wear and easy to match, linen or organic cotton T-shirts are also made from eco-responsible materials. So you kill two birds with one stone!

3. Thin cardigan or light jacket

Leave your coats in the cupboard and turn to waistcoats and jackets this spring! Thin cardigans allow you to cover up in style and avoid catching a chill when the temperatures drop in the morning.

Jackets are not only elegant, they're also your best allies for 100% fashionable style. This year, the denim jacket is more fashionable than ever and remains, in every way, a timeless essential.

For added originality, we recommend choosing a colour other than the traditional blue. Coral, for example, is perfect for boosting your outfit and reviving your complexion.

4. Flowy blouse and shirt

Spring is the perfect time to bring out all your little floaty blouses and flowing shirts. Comfortable, they're also resolutely feminine.

At Elora, we don't give preference to patterns or colours! We prefer to have 2/3 different pieces so we can switch things up whenever we feel like it. The romantic white blouse is still a basic, to be worn with light jeans. The vaporous floral shirt is also a great classic that we love to wear every time the sun comes out.

5. Dresses and long skirts

Spring is the time to bring out your dresses and long skirts. Lightweight, they're a pleasure to wear in all circumstances. Elegant and feminine, you can pair them with a denim jacket to structure your look. To break up the dressy look, wear them with your favourite pair of trainers. They're also perfect with heels or flat sandals.

Whether you like the bohemian chic, classic or romantic style, long dresses and skirts can be worn all day or for the evening. They also have the advantage of being suitable for all women: short, tall, A-shaped, 8-shaped, V-shaped... All you need to do is choose models that suit you, your body type and your size!

6. Bonus: scarves and chèches
