At last, your initial efforts have paid off and you've made several sales! But perhaps you'd like to invest a little more time? Why not make it your full-time job? You should know that direct selling is one of the rare activities that offers interesting prospects for professional development.
BECOMING AN ANIMATOR
Most companies offer their best staff the opportunity to lead a group of salespeople. If they so wish, VDIs will be offered the opportunity to manage a group of a few salespeople and will receive a commission for doing so.
WHAT'S NEXT?
A committed and successful VDI may be offered a VRP contract by his company. If this is not the case and their turnover exceeds a certain threshold, they will be obliged to move to another status.
2 statuses will then be offered to them: Commercial agent or Trader. They share a large number of advantages with the VDI status, such as independence, but are better suited to regular sales.
